Anatomia's pipeline cannot run on Codex. A developer who uses Codex instead of Claude Code gets scan intelligence and AGENTS.md, but not the pipeline (Think, Plan, Build, Verify). The pipeline is the product. Without it, Anatomia is a linter with opinions.
